All bookkeepers at Ohana Bookkeeping are Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisors.
Ohana Bookkeeping has its own QuickBooks Desktop hosted on our secured Ohana Cloud. This cloud can be accessed by bookkeepers and clients alike. The client and bookkeeper each have their own access so the QuickBooks files don’t need to be passed back and forth anymore. It’s a great and simplistic way of having updated financial information at your fingertips at all times.
Additionally, as we are certified QuickBooks ProAdvisors, we have access to the most updated version of QuickBooks Desktop. We upgrade our version every other year, so you’ll always have a recent and supported version of QuickBooks Desktop. The client is responsible for having their own user license initially, but we can help obtain it for you at a discounted price if you don’t already have one. We offer our QuickBooks Desktop Cloud to our weekly, monthly, and quarterly clients.
We also love working with QuickBooks Online if you prefer to have more user access (up to five simultaneous users), and have the ability to access your QuickBooks Online file from your internet browser, mobile phone, and/or tablet.
