KYLIE NELSON- BOOKKEEPER, MS IN ACCOUNTING

Kylie originally studied sociology but fell into accounting when she began assisting the Controller with accounting projects at her first job straight out of college. She enjoyed it so much that she went back to school and received her Master’s in Accounting from the University of California, Irvine. After graduating, she became a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. She has now worked in accounting with small and medium sized businesses for almost ten years. She really enjoys working with small businesses and getting to be a part of a team in so many diverse industries. Her favorite part of accounting is providing Owners/Management with accurate and useful reports each month.  Being a bookkeeper with Ohana Bookkeeping, she gets to be a part of a team that really cares about helping small businesses!

Kylie enjoys any hobbies that get her outside including hiking, scuba diving, swimming and exploring new areas.
